The 30th Circuit Court wishes to revise its current Local Court Rule 2.119 to more accurately reflect current practices. The proposed language for Local Court Rule 2.119 can be found below. (A) Attorneys of record shall obtain hearing dates from the trial judge’s judicial assistant for uncontested divorce proceedings, motions, and other matters requiring hearings.
(B) The General Trial Division motion day shall be Wednesday. If a legal holiday interferes, the court may set a new motion day.
(C) Family Division motion days are specific to each Family Division judicial office and can be determined by contacting the judicial office.
(D) A judge’s copy of a motion, brief, and notice of hearing shall be filed with the Court’s copy.
