PHOENIX TREATMENT COURT “From the flames of their past, they shall rise”
Phoenix Treatment Court serves youth that are victims of sexual trauma and/or have been sexually exploited. Youth are referred to this specialty court by the Court and the Department of Health and Human Services. The youth may participate in this court via delinquency, truancy, neglect or dependency jurisdiction. The Phoenix Treatment Court is a five phase program, each phase has a specific treatment focus and goals. As the youth masters the skills outlined, they progress to the next phase.

MISSION STATEMENT The mission of the Phoenix Treatment Court is to partner with the youth to offer services and opportunities that foster healing and resiliency, empowerment and stability, and values in the relationships that are secure, trustworthy and enriching.
